Sut,—The verses " To the Women they have Left," set out in a letter of Mrs. M. Parkinson in your issue of the 11th inst., were written by D. H. Souter, one of the artists of the Sydney (N.S.W.) Bulletin, and appeared in a Sydney paper—the name of -which I cannot be sure of—somo months ago. The strength of the last line has boen lost in the version in your paper.
