On Saturday last Consols left off at 89 for money,

and 891, 90 for account. Yesterday the closing prices were 89i, for de- livery, and 891, for time. The money market remains without material change, the minimum rate of discount at the Bank being 4, whilst the quotation for the best short-dated paper in the open market is 3, per cent. The stock of bullion in the Bank of England is 14,219,8421.; in the Bank of France, 19,996,5521.
