Lord Robert Cecil, addressing his constituents at Hitehin on Monday,
said that he was willing to co-operate with Lord Grey of Fallodon because he agreed with him. Their union would not be a coalition but rather a new arrangement of parties. Lord Robert Cecil said that he still called himself a Conservative and held the opinions which he had always held. But the old party names had ceased to correspond to the differences of opinion.
