The trial of the persons charged with attempting to poison
Mr. Lloyd George and Mr. Henderson ended last Saturday. Mrs. Wheeldon was sentenced to ten years' penal servitude, her married daughter, Mrs. Mason, to five years', and her son-in-law, Mason, to seven years. The unmarried daughter was acquitted.
