Campaign on Rhodesia
SIR,—At a time when important discussions are about to begin in London to work out a basis for high-level talks on the Rhodesian problem, the Anti-Apartheid Movement appeals for funds through the correspondence columns of the SPECTATOR to boost its campaign of misrepresentation against the Smith regime.
This organisation has proved to be a fountain of mischief and must we watch, helplessly, while it exploits the present situation in Rhodesia? It would be a most fearful tragedy if such talks were wrecked by the hysterical banalities of groups like the Anti- Apartheid Movement.
