CORNELIUS GREENE. formerly Fellow of Worcester College, Oxford, and Rector of the above parish ; iu his 73d year. On the 4th, at &Ahem Hill, Turmas Hsu's, Esq., Treasurer of St. Bartholomew's Hospital; in his 70th year.
