From Mr Roger Brown Sir: Andrew Kenny fails to mention
that the Atlantic slave trade, engendered by white Europeans, was responsible for the export of ten million black Africans in horrific circumstances — an early Holocaust. It was calamitous for West Africa, taking the fittest and best, as well as for America, causing the endemic racism which persists to the present day.
English slave-traders were compensated for the loss of their trade in the 1830s. Where is the compensation for Africans?
