The Quarterly Revenue accounts have been published. The net receipts,

for the year eliding July 5th, were 44,075,400/.; being an excess over the last year of 116,926/. A considerable deficiency appears in the amount of the quarter just ended, as compared with the corresponding period of last year; the receipts for the former being 10,983,5801., for the latter 11,S48,935/. —diminution on the quarter, 865,355/. The distress of trade is thus smartly felt at the Treasury ; but the returns have excited no surprise, as Mr. SPRING RICE'S Budget speech bad prepared every body for a large deficit.
