In discussing the proposed Parliamentary delegation to India in the
House of Commons on Tuesday, Mr. Evelyn Wallcden asked that the delegation should contain a strong trade union element to establish contact with Indian trade unionists. The Silent Member refrained from asking that on the principle of like to like the delegation should include at least one member prepared to match Mr. Gandhi in the matter of dress and diet. jANUS.
