Is it really possible to secure absolute secrecy where the books of an employer are examined by a third person ? And will the workmen accept such a person's verdict ? The skilled accountant may easily be regarded as ranged on the side of capital. The part referring to two Belgian mines is remarkably interesting. It must be acknowledged that the employers here were gifted with an almost divine patience.
