ELDER-FLOWER WINE.
• [To THE EDITOR OF THE "SPECTATOR."] Sin,—" Elder-flower wine," referred to in the letter of your correspondent "X." in the Spectator of September 29th, is not yet extinct. My wife makes it every summer, and after being kept in the cask for two or three months it is a very excellent drink. The recipe came from a cousin in the United States, whither it may have been taken in the 'Mayflower.'-■
