There is another crisis in Spain of a very serious

character. On the 29th of October General Prim called a meeting of all Unionist, Progressist, and Democrat members, to decide on a Ministerial of his position to hold out the olive branch to the Republicans. In that case, it is believed the Unionists, who are powerful in the army, will draw the sword.
