SATURDAY.

The Spanish Cortes were 'prorogued on the tilt.11 of May, by the Queen Regent. The question of figeign intervention is rather vaguely alluded to in the speech which she delivered on the occasion ; but the terms used seem to countenance the idea that it has become necessary for the security of the young Queen's throne. There is nothing else in the speech worthy of notice.
