The Recorder of Cork has sentenced William Meany, a horse-jockey, to twelve months' bard labour, for an assault on Mr. Richard Exbam and Miss Exham, by which both were severely injured. Mr. Exham and his daughter were, in consequence of a collision with this fellow, thrown with violeme from their gig, and received most serious cuts and contusiotts.
