The advocates of free admission to National Monuments do not

relax their endeavours to carry the point, notwithstanding the stolid opposition of the Royal Academy and Deans and Chapters. They have formed themselves into a permanent society for accomplishing the object; and the Duke of Sussex has accepted its Presidency. There can be no doubt of their ultimate success.
