The Governments of France and England have simultaneously conveyed to
the Government of Belgium an intimation to the following effect—that they deeply regret the occurrences which have just taken place in Luxembourg; that they hope the Belgian Government will take all necessary measures to prevent similar disturbances for the future; and that the two Governments have irrevocably determined not to consent to any encroachment on the part of Belgium upon the territory either of Luxembourg or Limburg which, has been assigned to Holland by the Treaty of the Twenty-four articles.—Morning Post.
