A line was omitted in error from David Pryce-Jones's review of A Brutal Friend- ship by Said K. Aburish last week. The passage in question should have read: `The Al-Sauds and Hashemites were indeed willing clients for willing patrons. But Haj Amin was appointed Mufti as a result of anti-Zionist intrigue by a local official.'
