The Negotiations with Egypt The negotiations on the proposed Treaty

with Egypt were opened on Monday at the Foreign Office. Mr. Henderson and the Egyptian Prime Minister, Nahas Pasha, made formal speeches of great good will. The delegations then went into Committee.
