The Trustees of Sir John Soane's Museum have published a

shilling series of picture postcards, containing pleasant repro- ductions of the twelve famous pictures by Hogarth in the collec- tion—namely, " The Rake's Progress " in eight scenes and " The Election " in four. The Museum has just been reopened to visitors for the spring and summer.
