The Constitutionnel of Thursday states, that 3.(Ieltemet AU, much pleased

at the dismissal of the Grand Vizier, Cliosrew Pacha, by the- Sultan, had offered to restore the Turkish fleet, and reopen friendly communications. This is, at least, apocryphal.
