ITamlyn Borrer in your issue of March 21st, which is the system adopted by many existing friendly societies, would be absolutely inapplicable to any national scheme embracing the whole adult working population, as outlined by Mr. Broad. In a national scheme there could be no special credits to individuals' accounts out of any balance left after paying out all benefits covered by the national scheme.—I am, Sir, &c.,
