The Free State High Commissioner The Irish Free State has

done well to appoint Mr. john W. Dulanty as High Commissioner in London in succession to Professor T. A. Smiddy. He was Principal Secretary to the Ministry of Munitions, and he has repre- sented the Free State on the Empire Marketing Board and the Imperial Economic Conference.
