MARY FIOWITT.
[To THE EDITOR OP THE " BrnoTATOR."]
SIR,—I am glad to see the poems of William and Mary Howitt described in this week's Spectator as "an inheritance of which the children of all the generations ought to be kept in posses- sion and enjoyment."
I have been surprised and disappointed to find, on asking my bookseller for Mary Howitt's "Birds and Flowers," that this little book, the delight of my childhood, is out of print and in danger of being forgotten.—I am, Sir, Ste.,
