The House of Commons met today, to carry up the
Address to the Queen ; but Sir ROBERT Pan stated that intelligence bad been received announcing the death of the Grand Duke of Saxe Coburg Gotha, the father of Prince Albert : the order for presenting the Address by the whole House was discharged, therefore, and it was ordered to be presented by such Members only as are of the Privy Council. The Globe says that no previous intimation of the Grand Duke's illness had been received in London.
