Told after Tea. By M. and C. Lee. (Griffith, Farran,

and Co.) —Here we have a story within a story, an arrangement skilfully contrived and carried out. Little Kitty celebrates her birthday, which his turned out wet, in a way that ends in disaster; and an aunt tells her- a tale, while she is suffering imprisonment enjoined by the doctor. The letterpress is always interesting, and the illustrations, by Ethelina E. Dell, Edith Hume, and H. Ford, are very praiseworthy indeed.
