What I find disturbing is that more and more countries are turning to sugar production because Admass provides a ready market. Western Europe is increasing production of beet sugar, and now we are told that Australia has become a sugar exporter.
It may be a forlorn hope, but one wonders if the World Health Organisation could review food production and persuade these countries to direct their energies to producing more nutritional food. Lollipops are no remedy for Kwashiorkor.
