At the opening of the Greek Chambers at Athens, last

week, King Othe expressed a hope that, thanks to the friendly cooperation of the great pOWers of "a neighbouring state," relations with that state would be reestablished. He also repeated the declaration that Greece would observe's' strict neutrality'.
