SIR,—Mr. Christopher Hollis tells us that 'the only chance of getting Liberal things done' is by exercis- ing persuasion on the other two parties. No doubt he has his own opportunities; but he does not give the rest of us even a hint as to how we may help. Can there be any better way than to maintain, in several hundred constituencies, organised bodies of Liberal opinion, linked to a central headquarters and to a Parliamentary Party?
