of Monday, states that the Fueros Bill had passed the Senate by a majo- rity of 73 to 6 ; that the Ministers of the Marine and the Interior had sent in their resignations—whieh the Queen had accepted, intrustintr their departments to the Ministers of Justice and War till successors could be found ; and that Madrid enjoyed complete tranquillity.
