PORTRA/T OF Gaitrnairan. At Graves' in Pall Mall, there is
an admi- rable likeness of this remarkable man. It is an oil painting by one of the Orsini family, a cousin, we believe, of Felice Orsini who was guillotined. The countenance ia expressive of extraordinary energy, and that keen per- ception of what is likely to happen, with a great look of self-possession and decision of character, which go far to make the soldier. We fancied a cer- tain resemblance, in the forehead more especially, to the head of Cromwell, though with More refinements of the features.
