ACCIDENT PRONE
WE DID not so soon expect, after the signing of the Anglo-Irish Agreement, that Dublin would begin to describe the British Government as 'incompetent'. But after the Glenholmes fiasco, the Irish Republic must surely ask whether it is prudent to continue an Agreement with an adminis- tration revealed to be so prone to elementary error in its handling of Irish affairs.
