since pre-war days, it is still necessary to place a firm order with a Look.tall manage' or newsagent to ensure regular weekly delivery of THE SPECTATOR. Newsagents cannot afford to carry stocks of newspapers and periodicals for chance sale as unsold copies are not returnable.
