shares of 251. each, is established with the object of purchasing such freehold and leasehold property in London and the suburbs as may present special capabilities for improvement. The directors are in a position to secure immediately valuable properties at the West End, which, when improved, will produce a large annual rental to the company. The subscription list will close on Thursday next.
