Stephens Sir: You might be interested to know that America's TV Food Network, which had aired the various Two Fat Ladies shows, worked overtime to pay her tribute, cook- ing her recipes and even airing some of her shows uncut and without commercials. By this alone you may gauge how she was esteemed. In certain circles her death was much more mourned than that of JFK Very wise, as she might have said.
