Dr. Savage's book fills a widely felt want, by providing a really practical manual of a subject of immense usefulness in the daily life of the medical officer, The late Dr. Parsons had a very wide experience, in his official career under the Local Government Board, of the fight against infectious diseases, and the fruit of his life-work is here garnered for general instruction.
