Lord Casticrosse has been appointed Comptroller of the Queen's House-

hold, in the place of Lord Drumlanrig, resigned. Mr. Edward Strutt has accepted the Stewardship of the Manor of Hempholme : he is to be raised to the Peerage, by the title, we believe, of Lord Belper.
