books, changeable quarterly, to be sent to the various centres. Some ten centres have already" been supplied, and applications are coming in from many counties. The scheme has the warm approval of Miss Talbot, the head of the Women's Department at the Board of Agriculture; of the Welfare Supervisors; and of the women themselves. These last are asked to pay sixpence entrance-fee on becoming members; but money and books of the right sort are sadly needed.
