Sra,—I have just returned by the ' Baltic,' arriving yesterday (Saturday), and find she had three hundred barrels of "Canadian whisky" on board, which came down to New York, not on a freight train, but passenger. I thought the news would interest you. When our docks are so congested, and when we are being urged to buy no luxuries, what does this mean ? Cannot it bs
