SIR,—Your correspondent, Mr. F. Mead, admonishes the Privileged Presses for failing to take the initiative. in altering the " Table of Kindred and Affinity" which is printed at the end of the 'Prayer Book. The initiative does not lie with the. Presses.; it is not for them to alter the ecclesiastical law.
