Llanelly Parish Church. By Arthur Mee. (South Wales Press Office,
Llanelly.)—Mr. Mee has collected here a considerable amount of information about the history of the fabric of Llanelly Church, about the clerks who have held the benefice, and other cognate matter. He has copied the inscriptions on the monu- ments, and he has transcribed the registers. A table of "longevity " at the end of the volume gives the names of those who have attained the age of ninety and upwards since 1749. They num- ber fifty-six in all, and among them are four centenarians. The greatest age is " 107," attained by " Anne Rees, widow," who died in 1749. It may be noted that three out of the four cen- tenarians, and thiry-eight of the total, were women.
