An important point was that the resolution which was subsequently

adopted by the whole Conference expressly approved of "safeguards for all minorities." Thus the Conference ended full of hope for the future of India. Is the Congress Party so utterly out of touch with realities that it will not recognize in all that has happened the strictest pledge that could possibly be required that India is truly free if she chooses to make herself an autonomous nation ?
