Eire is a perpetual joy. I see in a Dublin

paper an " important notice " to the effect that the " Ireland Can Make It " Exhi- bition has been unavoidably postponed " due to the fact that the new C.I.E. Garage cannot be completed in time for the Exhibition." Why not an " Ireland Can't Make It " Exhibition instead ?
