THE Quimr held a Privy Council at Osborne on Saturday ; when she declared her consent to the marriage of the Princess Royal with Prince Frederick William of Prussia, and caused the same to be signified under the Great Seal.

Her Majesty has taken out-door exercise as usual. Prince Albert has visited the new Military Hospital at Netley, and the fort at Sconce Point. The Prince of Wales arrived at Osborne on Wednesday, on his return from a tour in the Lake district,

Prince Alfred returned to Osborne yesterday, from the Continent.
