NEW EDITIONS.—In Messrs. Macmillan's "Library of English Classics," The History
of Tom Jones, a Foundling, by Henry Fielding, 2 vols. (7s. net).--The Temperance Problem and Social Reform. By Joseph Rowntree and Arthur Sherwell. (Hodder and Stoughton. 6s.)— State prohibition is giving way in the United States. In the big towns it is practically a dead letter.
