P. Virgilii Maronis Opera. Edited by Thomas Jarrett, M.A., Regius
Professor of Hebrew, Cambridge. (Deighton, Bell, and Co., Cambridge.) —Professor Jarrett has taken the trouble of publishing a new edition of Virg/4 for the purpose of distinguishing the quantity of the syllables by a visible sign. Thus, it, C, I, ö, it, y printed thus with the dot are long, without it, are short. This, and the largeness of the type, are the only novelties that characterize the work.
