MUSICAL CHAT.
THE Duke of CUMBERLAND'S prize for the best Catch was awarded on Tuesday. The competitors were Messrs. T. COOKE, HORN- CASTLE, HORSLEY, ELLtor, and WALM ISLEY ; and the composi- tions of the first two gentlemen were regarded as so equal, that, after four ballots, all terminating in an equality of votes, it was agreed that the Duke's prize should be given to one, and a prize of equal value by the Club to the other.
