We learn from the Courier, that after Mr. Ilaitev's resolutions

had been negatived, a discussion took place in the Lobby, this morning, among the Minority, as to whether " the previous question," according to the wish of Sir Boma Pees, or another resolution, as Lord STANLEY advised, should be moved ; and that Sir Bousaer was much mortified by the decision to adopt the young Lord's proposition.
