aninaAtrY, May 17.—Her Majesty has been graciously pleased by her order in Council of the 7th inst. to sanction officers, who accepted retirement under the pro- vision made by Parliament in 1846, rising to the higher grades on the Flag List according to the seniority held by each on the list of Captains.
