The rank of Cornet BPDonough, of the 4th Light Dragoons, has been made permanent frem the period of his appointment as Ridingmaster and Acting Adjutant to the Cavalry Depat, March 6, 1828, but he has not been allowed any additional pay. The name of the Gentleman appointed to an Ensigncy in the 42nd Foot, on April 26, is Stewart, and not "Steward," as formerly stated.
