A QUESTION.
[TO TEE EDITOR OF THE " SPECTATOR." J SIR,—In the Spectator of February 14th I notice an article entitled " Subalterns' Court-Martials." May I ask whether the spelling of the latter words should not be " Courts- Martial "?—I am, Sir, &c., GILBERT WEYBURNE COTTA.R.
Stanhope Lines, Aldershot.
[The correct form is, of course, "Courts-Martial," but in the case in point it seems more appropriate to follow the colloquial usage.—En. Spectator.]
